Become a Monthly Sustainer

Monthly donations are 4X more valuable than one-time gifts. They let us plan long-term, commit to teams for full seasons, and invest in infrastructure that compounds year after year.

One-Time $1,000

Funds 4 teams for 1 season. Great impact, but ends when the gift runs out.

Monthly $100 ($1,200/year)

Funds 4 teams plus allows us to: Sign multi-year mentor contracts | Invest in platform improvements | Build curriculum for future cohorts | Plan regional expansion. Sustainable impact that grows.

Annual $500 ($41.67/month)

Funds 2 teams for 1 season | Allows us to: Plan curriculum for next cohort | Support 1 regional competition event | Provide mentor matching for 8 participants. A great middle ground between one-time and monthly giving.

Your network shouldn't just be other athletes. It should be other owners.

Cancel anytime. No questions asked. We send monthly impact reports so you see exactly where your dollars go.

Common Donor Questions

→ Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. 100% tax-deductible. Capital Forge League is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive a donation receipt via email immediately after your gift, and a year-end summary in January for tax filing.

→ How do I know my money is being used well?

Full transparency. Published financials. Quarterly impact reports. CFL publishes: Annual IRS Form 990 (public record), audited financial statements, quarterly impact reports (metrics, stories, outcomes), monthly email updates for recurring donors.

→ Can I donate to support a specific team?

No. All donations support CFL's general charitable programs. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, CFL cannot accept donations directed to specific individuals or teams. This protects our nonprofit status and ensures no private benefit to participants. However, donors at the Team Builder level ($250+) receive updates from teams they're interested in, and Founding Partners ($1,000+) can designate their name on annual innovation awards.

→ Does my donation give me equity in the teams?

No. Donations to CFL are charitable gifts, not investments. Your donation supports CFL's educational programming — competitions, mentorship, curriculum, and events. It does NOT purchase equity, does NOT create ownership interest, and does NOT entitle you to financial returns. If you want to invest in a specific team's company, that happens separately through StateCF.com (a registered crowdfunding intermediary), NOT through CFL donations.

→ Can I cancel my monthly donation?

Yes. Anytime. No questions asked. You can cancel, pause, or adjust your monthly donation through your donor portal at any time. We send monthly impact reports so you can see exactly where your dollars go, but there's zero obligation to continue.
