Carlos D. served seven years as a Finance and Operations Specialist in the United States Navy, managing multi-million dollar logistics budgets and
overseeing financial compliance across multiple naval installations. His career gave him a rare combination of financial acumen, operational discipline,
and the ability to build systems that work under pressure.

In the Capital Forge League, Carlos is co-developing the Medical Device Tracker — a wearable health monitoring platform for real-time injury
prevention and vital tracking in collegiate athletics. Carlos leads the financial modeling, go-to-market strategy, and investor readiness components of
the venture, ensuring the team is not just building a great product but building a fundable business.

Carlos is also a passionate advocate for veteran financial literacy, running workshops in the Tampa Bay area that help transitioning service members
